Cuba to help DR reduce HIV prevalence

Santo Domingo.– Cuba’s Sexual Education Center (Cenesex) director Mariela Castro said that Cuba's HIV prevalence is 0.1% percent, which makes the neighboring island one of the countries with the lowest rates in Latin America and the Caribbean.
