Charles Taylor's 50-year sentence upheld at war crimes tribunal

s former president, Charles Taylor, is expected to be moved to a British jail after his 50-year sentence for aiding and abetting war crimes in west Africa was upheld by a UN-backed tribunal. The ruling means the 65-year-old will spend the rest of his life in a high-security prison cell.
